Good morning!!!

Kalli has been going to bed earlier these days, instead of 10:00pm to 10:30pm she is now going down around 8:30pm. Which is great for us, so we can spend more time together at night, although she is waking up a lot earlier. This morning she got up at 6:00am and guess how I found her? On her tummy, yup that's right, on her tummy. She rolled over...I was screaming with delight, I was so excited. This was the first time she rolled from her back to tummy. (20 weeks tomorrow)

I was reading my magazine called Babytalk and they have this contest for your baby to be on the cover. So, just for shits and giggles I entered her in. We find out results by May 31st. I sent the picture of her below:
She is watching a Baby Einstein video right now and LOVES it. Every once and a while she just cracks up and smiles!

Orlando Trip

We just got back from Orlando...my Mom, Kalli and I went on a girls trip for 4 days. It was so much fun!! We went to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Kalli rode her first ride...a carousel. She was fascinated at looking at everything that day that she slept from 8:00pm that night and woke up at 8:00am the next morning. We did a lot of walking, got massages, relaxed and went to City Walk one night. We wanted to take her swimming in the heated pool, but the weather wasn't all that great. So, she gave us a little fashion show with her swim suit and other outfits we dressed her up in. All the pictures that we took are on the link to the side of the blog that says Mom and Baby Orlando Trip.
While we were gone her bottom tooth popped through and when we got home the one right next to it is popping through as well. I checked my baby book and I got my first tooth around the same time Kalli got hers. She has really discovered her toes lately and she likes to suck on her big toe. She is fascinated with the food I put in my mouth and the glasses I drink out of...so she reaches for anything I have and tries to put it in her mouth. The pediatrician says she shouldn't eat solids til 6 months, but she sure is showing signs that she is a big girl and wants to try some real food. I read this book that said nobody can really tell me when baby is ready to start solids, but the baby. What's a girl to do?;) We'll see, I might just have to start her a little earlier than 6 months.
We thought Kalli was a movie star while we were on vacation...kinda papparazzi like. One time we had at least 10 people around us wanting to see the baby and telling us how cute she was. It was as if no one had ever seen a baby before! But Kalli was loving all the attention.....especially from little kids because she would try to talk to them.
One night we were at this Italian restaurant and they had this lady singer that came to our table and said, "Oh my gosh, we have to sing a song for CHEEKS." Chico's Mom and Dad call him cheeks as well. So I thought it was really funny and cute since that lady was the first person to call her that.

We had such a great time!!! Thanks Mommasita!!!!

4 months

Our little munchkin in growing!! We took her to the pediatrician yesterday and she weighs 12 pounds 8 ounces (25%) and 25 inches long (75%). The nurse gave her two shots in both legs and she screamed bloody murder, but after it was done she was fine and slept for about 4 hours after the trauma. That little turkey is still sleeping...I put her down last night at 10:30pm and it's now 9:30am. Anyway, she is doing great with sleeping in her crib. She is 4 months and 4 days old. I have been getting rid of so many clothes that don't fit her anymore and she even fits into 6 month old stuff because she is so long. Hopefully my sister Kristin will have a little girl so I can hand them down to her.

What's new with the other family members? Let's see, Lexi is a little bit of a trouble maker these days. Our patio furniture is completely destroyed, she pulled off all the cushions and tore into every single one of them....NICE! She also likes to play this chase game where she will get something she knows she can't have, like a diaper for instance, and looks us right in the eye with it and takes off so we have to chase her. I have to admit it is pretty cute sometimes, but I don't care for the game while I am trying to feed Kalli:)

Some really exciting news about Chico is that he is now a Sale Representitive for Government Contractors, still with TBG and his field will be Louisiana, Arkansas and Southwest Texas. I am so happy for him!! He is finally going to be doing what he does best....he is such a people person and needs to out there instead of in an office 24/7. He is going to be so successful...I just know it!!!
He is still working on the dog house, but it should be done by this weekend. It looks good so far...he is even putting insulation in it....nothing but the best for his girl Lexi;)

As for me, I have just finished up another real estate class. Three down only two more to go. Thank God for college credit or I would have to take 4 more classes.
I don't know the details yet, but where we live they are offering a boot camp kinda deal at night where they will pretty much get your butt in shape. I'm looking forward to that!!!
Ok, so I just found some news on it, keep in mind I wrote the first part this morning now it's the evening, if you want to check out the web-site that describes what I'll be doing go to:

I have to sign off now, my little turkey just woke up. Until next time....
I don't know what is going on with this blogger business, but it's not letting me post pictures, so I will try another time.
