Sweet Berry Farms

We went to Sweet Berry Farms over the weekend with Joelle, Brian and Siena. It was such a beautiful, scenic drive to get to the farm. We had so much fun picking our own fresh strawberries, feeding the animals and eating homemade strawberry ice cream. Kalli wanted to hold the basket of berries the whole time....so cute!!

So, we finally made it to the zoo....what a sight to see. It was hard for me to stop comparing it to the World Famous San Diego Zoo, but the whole time I was there I honestly couldn't help myself. The Zoo looked as if it was part of someones back yard, with small cages for a small variety of animals, but what matters most is that Kalli really did enjoy herself...especially feeding the deer and goats. I felt so bad for the black bear...he kept pacing and pacing and pacing against his cage.....it was pretty much a zoo for the misfits of animals. We went around lunch time and I asked if there were any places to eat inside..... the lady laughed and said there is a concession stand and vending machines.....Austin definitely knows how to keep things weird!!!!

Fixing my bangs....

Kalli had her first true haircut or should I say bangs cut....I was trying to let her bangs grow out, but couldn't take it anymore and cut them myself.....they ended up so crooked, so I took her to Ashley (the girl that cuts my hair) and she fixed them. Kalli did so good and just sat there like a trooper!!! She also had to fix mine as well, since my bangs ended up just as crooked as Kals......won't do that again;)

A great day of golf...we had so much fun!!!!
